CAMERON DAVIS
Founder & Producer
Cameron Davis is a multi-award winning producer, writer and founder of Oldmodern. He has produced across Australia, New Zealand and throughout Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Japan & Thailand), and has built a strong network across this region.
His films have screened globally, most recently his short “The Hug”, was an official selection at Austin Film Festival 2024, was nominated for best micro short at Filmquest & took home the audience choice award at WA Made Film Festival.
As an Asian Australia, his projects typically focus on diverse storytelling and the exploration of culture, masculinity and community. He approaches these projects with a passion for indie production models that allow an organic, authentic and cost friendly way of creating.
